The Cerulean Credit Card is an unsecured credit card serviced by Continental Finance Company and issued by the Bank of Missouri.
If you find yourself with subprime credit history, this card will give you the opportunity to rebuild your credit score and qualify for other cards afterward.
However, this is an invite-only credit card, and you cannot apply online if you haven’t received an invite code via email.

Rates and Fees
The first offer from Continental Finance has an Annual Percentage Rate of 22.65%, which varies based on the Prime Rate. The Prime Rate is not decided by the bank, is published by the Wall Street Journal on the 25th of each month and applies to all providers.
The APR for cash advances is also 22.65%. There is no minimum interest charge, and to avoid paying any interest at all, you must pay your full amount at least 25 days after the closing of the billing cycle.
The monthly maintenance fee will be billed at $10 per month and will come to a total of $120 annually. To receive an additional card will cost you a one-time fee of $30.
There are also significant transaction fees which you should consider.
Cash advances cost either $5.00 or 5% of the amount of the cash advance, whichever is greater. Foreign transaction fees are 3% of each transaction in U.S. dollars. For late payments and returned payments, you may be charged a fee of up to $37.
Your initial credit limit will be assigned, but if you use the card responsibly, you may apply for a credit limit increase after at least six months of the account being open. The maximum credit limit with this account is $2,000.

Offer number two provides a lower APR of only 19.65% on all purchases and cash advances. But, this number also varies according to the market Prime Rate. The payment will once again be due at least 25 days after the closing of each billing cycle. You must make this payment in full if you want to avoid any interest payments. There is no minimum interest charge. The annual fee is $120 and will be billed at only $10 a month. The additional card fee is once again $30 and will only be charged once.
Returned and late payment fees may cost you up to $37.
Cash advances will cost you either $5.00 or 5% of the amount of the cash advance, whichever is greater. All foreign transaction fees are 3% of each transaction in U.S. dollars. Similar to the first offer; this deal gives you the opportunity to increase your credit limit to a maximum of $2,000.
The last offer has a variable APR of 19.65%, once again depending on the Prime Rate. The billing cycle stays the same, so you must pay your dues at least 25 days after the end of the cycle.
The cards annual fee is only $99 and $30 to add an authorized user. But, you should consider that some of these set-up and maintenance fees will be assessed before you can begin to use your card and will reduce the amount of credit that will initially be available to you.
So, if your credit limit is determined to be $750, your initial available credit will be $651 (or $621 if you choose to have an additional Card).

The biggest benefit and selling point of this card is that it accepts customers with bad credit scores. There is a 26.49% variable APR based on the prime rate. Once you make a $49, $99, or $200 refundable deposit, you will qualify for an initial credit line of $200. But if you deposit more money into your account before it opens, you will get a higher credit line. With this credit card, you will have complete control over your credit limit, so whether you put down $200 or $5000, your limit will be equal to the amount of the refundable security deposit.
But the minimum refundable deposit and credit limit is equal to $200. And yes, this is a real credit card, not a prepaid or debit card, so you can spend within your credit limit and then pay your balance monthly. The annual fee of this card is $39.
Good credit is not needed to get this card, and the application process is all done online, quick, and simple.
